We offer several type of massages. It depends on you, which you choose.
Classical massage is ideal for relaxing stiff muscles, spasms, and for easing the pain from lactic acid in muscles. It enhances blood supply and helps to renew metabolism and physical functions. It helps with headaches often caused by stiff cervical spine and back.
The sense of this therapy is mainly relaxing, physical and psychical release. We do not permeate so deep into the tissue and muscles as we do during classical massage. Therefore this massage is tenderer and provides necessary care and maximum release.
With Reflex therapy it is possible to relax energetic blockages of organs and body parts, release blocked energy and get it flowing back weakened organs or body parts to help strengthen and restore. These reflex zones are on the entire body, but we mostly work with hands and feet, where these zones are the most effective.
Prenatal massage is very helpful for mum and her child. Spine and surrounding muscles are heavily overloaded during pregnancy. Internal muscles are in bigger tension and it could cause lack of space for the child in abdomen. With frequent massages we relieve back pain and remove general tension, even in internal muscles. The result is that child has more space in abdomen and it is easier to get into the position for parturition. Massage is performed on the hip or seated.
Holistic massage is truly complex care for you body. It releases muscles, skeleton and joints. It works with meridians (energetic pathways), acupoints and with reflex points. We influence the whole body including internal organs. The condition of internal organs is closely linked with emotionality and psyche. This therapy has holistic and far-reaching effects. It always depends on your current needs and wishes. Therapy is performed dry in comfortable clothes and on a Futon mat lying on the ground.
Transport in Prague is free of charge. You can also get luxury massages up to 30 km from Prague. In that case the charge is 8 Czk/km.
60 minutes = 1500 CZK
90 minutes = 2000 CZK
120 minutes = 3000 CZK
The price of massages for companies is individual, and it depends on the number of customers and frequency of orders. In case of only one time event the prices are the same as for individuals.
The price of massages at social events is individual, and it depends on the number of massages and duration of the event. If it is only one massage, the price is the same as for home massage.
